Hannah is an ACSM-certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI), with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. Hannah is dedicated to helping clients break free from the habits that hold them back, replacing them with sustainable daily routines that can transform their lives. She champions an 80/20 lifestyle, emphasizing consistency over perfection for long-term success. Nate, hailing from Jefferson, NJ, brings 8 years of lifting experience and 4 years of coaching expertise to the table. A former collegiate lacrosse player at Moravian College, he understands the demands of athletic performance and fitness. For Nate, personal training goes beyond just lifting weights—it’s about embracing a holistic approach to health and well-being. He’s passionate about helping others unlock their full physical potential, showing them what their bodies are truly capable of. Whether your goal is bodybuilding, strength training, or improving athletic performance, Nate is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way to reach your full potential.

Gabriella Mangino

Gabby’s passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is at the core of everything she does. With a background in bikini bodybuilding, along with a love for hiking and running, she brings a diverse approach to her training. As a NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialization in Youth Exercise Science, Gabby is particularly skilled in working with younger clients. She emphasizes form, focus, and fun in every session, helping to create a solid foundation not just for fitness, but for life. Gabby is excited to guide you on your journey, fostering both physical and mental growth while building confidence in all aspects of life through a well-rounded fitness program.

Julian Billa

Julian’s passion for training began in the high school football weight room and has only grown stronger since. While he primarily enjoys bodybuilding-style workouts, he also has a deep appreciation for Olympic weightlifting. Julian loves working with clients who prioritize their health and are ready to embrace new challenges. In his downtime, he plays guitar in two bands and enjoys diving into the world of Elden Ring.
